As long as I can remember I have always had a need to create. As a self taught realism artist, specializing in charcoal and pencil, my work is deeply rooted in a passion for the environment and for wildlife. I am driven by a desire to capture the beauty and significance of the world around us, particularly the aspect that often goes unnoticed or overlooked. Each drawing is an expression of my values, reflecting a commitment to preserving the natural world and a deep respect for the creatures that inhabit it.
I draw inspiration from my own photography, using these images as a foundation to create compositions that challenge the boundaries of realism. The technical demands of my work, the precision required to depict every fine detail, the layering of shades to bring depth and light to my subjects, are what fuel my creativity. I find joy in pushing the limits of my abilities, continuously exploring new techniques to enhance the realism and emotional impact of my art. Through my work I strive not only to showcase the beauty of the environment and wildlife but also to inspire others to see the world with a renewed sense of wonder and appreciation. My drawings are more than just representations of nature, they are a reflection of my beliefs, a testament to the intricate and delicate balance that sustains life on the planet.
